Color Alchemist ("the App") is a free-to-play puzzle game developed by Kakhi Kapanadze ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

The App shows rewarded video ads only when you choose to watch one (for example, to revive after a game over). No ads are shown without your explicit action. We do not serve banner ads, interstitial ads, or any ads that appear without your consent.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland, we use a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) to request your permission to process data for advertising purposes. You have the right to withdraw or change your consent at any time using the "Privacy Settings" option within the App's settings menu.
5. Data Storage
The App does not store any data on external servers. Game progress and user preferences (such as grid size and speed settings) are saved locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.

The App is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
7. Data Security
